Accommodation

Most of the accommodation for the conference will be in Guildford itself, with some accommodation on campus.

We have reserved a number of rooms from 11-15th April inclusive in local hotels and guest houses and we currently hold the reservations until February 15th.

It will be the delegates responsibility to book and pay for the accommodation on an individual basis.

The Tourist Office in Guildford are also more than happy to make further suggestions on Bed & Breakfasts. An accommodation listing is also available

Campus accommodation

We have access to some student accommodation on campus, with access to shared bathroom facilities. You will have to book this as part of your registration.  Rooms will be allocated on a first-come fist-served basis. The cost (£32 pn) covers bed and breakfast.

Cost:

The rate is currently £35 per person per night including breakfast for up to a four night stay. The new rates will be set in February and a 3% increased is anticipated. A booking of 5 nights would be on the weekly rate which would include breakfast and an evening meal: £168.50 at present.
